Enttäuscht über das Kundenservice

Es wurde mir die falsche Kette geliefert. Bestellte 1 cm Breite und 60 cm lange Kette, bekommen habe ich 5mm und 60 cm lang. Das Kundenservice ist inkompetent denn ich habe um eine neue Rechnung in 2 mails gebeten bis jetzt keine Antwort. Kunden scheinen bei ihnen keinen Stellenwert zu haben. Ob die Kette rein Silber ist sei dahingestellt. Nicht mal ein Echtheitszertifikat das sie Silber 925 ist. Bestelle bestimmt nichts mehr Mit freundlichen Grüßen Andrea Röxeis
