Fair - in price and for the environment
Conflict free - no fear of blood diamonds
What are lab grown diamonds?
These lab-grown diamonds are in no way inferior to natural diamonds. They offer the same radiance (fire) and exceptional hardness. Our Lab Grown Diamonds are genuine diamonds that are produced under controlled conditions in laboratories. They have the same chemical, physical and optical properties as diamonds from the mine and are a cheaper alternative.
We only process diamonds in accordance with the 4 Cs. All stones are classified as "excellent" (Triple Ex*, also known as EX EX EX) for "cut", "polish" and "symmetry". They also have no fluorescence. The following qualities for centre and sidestones are available from us:
Up from 0.30 ct.: ALWAYS WITH IGI CERTIFICATE
* As "ideal" in IGI is better than "excellent" in GIA, Triple Ex also applies if a diamond is labelled "ideal" in "cut", for example.

We offer different diamond sizes (weights) for the centre stones. In the following graphic, we have illustrated different carat numbers for brilliant-cut stones so that you can get an idea of the approximate size of the diamonds.

How are diamonds created in the lab?
Diamonds are produced in the laboratory using state-of-the-art technologies. A distinction is made between two methods: HPHT, a high-pressure, high-temperature process, and CVD, an innovative plasma process in which a unique rough diamond is grown atom by atom.
Finished rough diamonds are then taken for cutting and polishing. Theoretically, there is no limit to how large a laboratory diamond can grow or how many can be produced.
How much do lab diamonds cost?
These diamonds have an unbeatable price/performance ratio.
The price is significantly lower than the price of naturally mined diamonds. The exact price difference depends on various factors such as the size, quality and specific type of diamond. Lab created diamonds can be over 90% cheaper than mined diamonds. This is because the cost of producing rough diamonds is much lower than the cost of mining and extracting natural rough diamonds from the earth. However, the rest of the process that a rough diamond - whether from a mine or a lab - goes through until it is ready for retail, such as cutting, polishing, certification and shipping, is exactly the same.

Are lab grown diamonds unique?
Yes, they are.
Modern technology enables us to precisely imitate the conditions under which diamonds are formed. Nevertheless, every diamond, whether from nature or the laboratory, retains its uniqueness. The individual structure of each stone remains an incomparable feature that characterises it forever. Diamonds are characterised by their inclusions, which can occur in many different forms. These range from microscopically small air bubbles to carbon deposits that are trapped in the crystal during the growth process. These special features can be found in both natural and laboratory grown diamonds.
It is important to understand that perfection is the exception, even in lab-grown diamonds. The vast majority, like their natural counterparts, have small imperfections. In fact, flawless, flawless specimens are extremely rare in both categories. The decisive factor for the respective fire of the stone is an optimal cut and this is identical for natural and lab grown diamonds.
These inclusions and peculiarities make each diamond unique, regardless of its origin, and give it its individual character.
Are lab grown diamonds more ethical?
The magic of tradition combined with a sustainable view to the future.
The diamond industry, manufacturers and retailers are developing a growing awareness of sustainability. We want to set a good example and offer an alternative to mine-grown diamonds: Lab grown diamonds. We pay particular attention to protecting the environment, safeguarding human rights and ensuring fair working conditions. In this context, lab-grown diamonds offer remarkable advantages. Our lab-grown diamonds combine an awareness of social and ecological responsibility with a transparent value chain and the highest quality standards.
Traditional craftsmanship meets sophisticated technology in the production process. Each of our Lab Grown diamonds undergoes a meticulous, hand-crafted process to achieve the perfect cut and flawless brilliance. Through this approach, we not only create high-quality diamonds, but also set standards for responsible treatment of people and nature - with the greatest possible transparency. This transparency is of great importance as it provides a deeper insight into compliance with ethical standards. It helps to ensure that fundamental rights are respected and fair labour standards are promoted. This approach also supports efforts to protect the environment and develop sustainable practices in the diamond industry. This progress in diamond production makes a positive contribution to sustainable development, taking into account both environmental and social aspects.
Can lab grown diamonds be certified?
Yes, they can.
Our diamonds are produced in an environmentally friendly way, with transparent origins and under regular quality controls in the laboratory.
To guarantee the authenticity and quality of our Lab Grown Diamonds, all our jewellery comes with a Brilladia certificate. From a stone size (a stone weight) of 0.30 ct., the piece of jewellery is accompanied by a certificate from the renowned International Gemological Institute (IGI). This certificate provides information about the origin, authenticity and all other value-determining characteristics. The certificate number is always engraved in the corresponding diamond, which guarantees that the diamond and certificate belong together.
